Samsung active 2 watch

Hi. Since the last software update to my active 2. The screen is not responding to touch screen. It will not respond to anything. Notifications are delayed. And the watch goes into a world of its own j.e starts switching screens by itself. Please can this be looked into and provide a solution. Thank you

I have only just got the watch but seems laggy

Mine started doing that as well.  Today it bricked (stuck in reboot loop) now Samsung wants $$ to look at a wearable that is barely over a year old.
