Hi, I have an samsung active 2 and when I wear It, I have this painful sensation from my elbow to fingers.and I have contacted support and they say its the band and that I have to Loosen it but clearly its the watch. And when its starts measuring my heartbeat the sensor makes that painful sensation even worse.
Any suggestions??
