Samsung acc and watch 4

Why will my galaxy watch 4 lte not stay signed into my Samsung account. Which means that I can't use it as a standalone phone away from my phone . If its signed in I can use it once then it signs out my account for security reasons.

It connects via BT but signs out of Samsung account so cant use it on its own . Been onto Samsung but no help
