Really don't know how this has happened. Just took my watch off for a shower (like I normally do). Thought there was dirt on the heart rate sensor but the glass on it is broken. I haven't dropped it and can't understand how this has happened.
I was thinking of claiming off my gadget insurance or just sending this to samsung for repair?
I have also read that this could have got damaged when charging?
Any advice appreciated. It's a great watch and thought the screen would have broken before the back got damaged.
