Route Maps disappeared

Help needed please.

Last week I upgrade from the samsung active 2 watch to Samsung 5 watch, everything was going fine until Saturday morning and I found all my previous exercises maps had vanished and my watch/Samsung health app no longer shows the routes.

I've checked all my settings and reported it, but as of yet no advise.

Any help would be appreciated

I don't have the watch, just the Health app, but I lost maps too. Restored by going to Samsung Health settings, then Provide location information (at the bottom) then turn Google Map Platform on. Hope this helps.
