Right headphone has stopped working on galaxay buds

I have the galaxy s 21 plus and im using the galaxy buds 2 and my right headphone has gone silent. Ive tried everything i can think of and cant fix this issue.

Try below

Shut down the smart device, and leave it off
for at least 30 seconds
then power it back on
Then, try pairing the buds
to your device again
by navigating to Settings > Connections > Bluetooth. ... Finally, reset the buds via the Samsung Wearable app > About earbuds > Reset.

I have the same issue but when I go to the settings my reset button is greyed out?

Hi Steve, have tried your suggestions but no luck I'm afraid. I uninstalled the Wear App, re-installed it and re-paired my buds but still the right bud isn't connecting 😓
