Right galaxy buds+ not working

I have a problem with my right earbuds, it's not working, pairing.

I tried:

-dissconnecting them from the Bluetooth and pairing them again

-i tried leavinng it alone to charge

-pairing them again în the case(tap and holding them until the Green led started blinking, and after that started blinking Red and yeah it's still not working.

I'll attach a picture with the model number and so on

You could try to factory reset the buds plus in the galaxy wearable app? But if that doesn't work you could call samsung and get them to take a look at it as they should have their 1 year warranty still. Hope this helps.

I already tried to factor reset them, and it didn't workout.
