I recently bought a pair of galaxy buds+ to let work a bit more comfortably at home when on conference calls and such however I am when looking when I first put them only the left one works and in the app only the left one appears, I have tried a verity of fixes form reinstalling the app, delete Bluetooth profile for them factory reset and leaving them on charge overnight in case that was the issue. Has anyone had similar issue or know how to resolve this. Thanks

If a reset or unpair does not help then I'd suggest to have them swapped out @IZ10
