Right bud not working. Tried charging, resetting and repairing both the buds and the connected devices. Case acknowledges the removal and return of the bud, but when placing bud in ear, it doesn't detect anything, nor is there any input response when taping the touch control. Bud also doesn't show up on the wearables app. Not sure what more I can do to fix it, any help appreciated.
