I received a pair of galaxy buds with my s10. The buds have been fine until the other day when the right bud dropped in volume output significantly. I have tried every single fix possible that has been suggested online but nothing has worked. It seems to be since the last update but I can't be sure. Can anyone help with this?

Please look up for your nearest support centre and have a walk-in so the engineers can inspect and fix the bud/s for you, that's after checking if the buds have no obstructions or if you were done cleaning them - yet error persists. Please don't forget the base/case as this is where the serial number is printed out. Thanks ☺
