Right earbud quieter than left

I received a pair of galaxy buds with my s10. The buds have been fine until the other day when the right bud dropped in volume output significantly. I have tried every single fix possible that has been suggested online but nothing has worked. It seems to be since the last update but I can't be sure. Can anyone help with this?

Please look up for your nearest support centre and have a walk-in so the engineers can inspect and fix the bud/s for you, that's after checking if the buds have no obstructions or if you were done cleaning them - yet error persists. Please don't forget the base/case as this is where the serial number is printed out.  Thanks ☺

I have the same problem worked f8ne yesterday morning, then when i finished work the right side didnt seem to work until i put the volume right up and i could then just hear it
