Right Buds+ Disconnected

I received my Buds+ on June 19, 2020.

Today the right bud battery died and I popped it into the case to charge.

The ear bud light is blinking red indicating an error and I have yet to get the error to clear.

I have went through ALL the troubleshooting several times and still nothing.

The bud shows disconnected from all my devices as well.


I contaced Samsung earlier to see if they could help and they just want me to send them in to be repaired... after only 5 days of use! I am determined to solve this soon before I have to send them back.


Anyone else got ideas on how to fix this?
