My right bud completely stopped working. No signal at all. The box doesn't recognise it nor does the mobile. It just shows disconnected. I've reset them over and over and still nothing. Samsung advice is to update the buds software but I can't do it because it needs to be connected to both buds!!! Can anyone help? The worst is: I got these from the promotion they had buy a samsung 10 get the buds, so I have no receipt as a proof of purchase. What can I do?? Thank you all

Did you get an answer? I have had mine only 5 days and the right one is showing an error and will not connect at all after the battery died. I cannot get Samsung to really help me other than telling me to send it in for repair.
