Restore contacts from watch

I have the Classic Watch 4..... and unfortunately I recently lost my phone (Note 20 Ultra) while abroad. When I returned I bought the S22 Ultra as replacement. During set up I realised not all my contacts were backed up to my Google account. However ALL my contacts are srill on my watch.... but if I try and sync my watch to my new phone it says all data will be erased !!!

I've tried several ways but can suss how I can save these contacts.... there's well over 1000, and many a business contacts.

Can any of you smart ppl help ??

Do you have a backup of your handset or watch settings in your Samsung account? My Watch 4 creates a backup of its settings and content every couple of days.
