I lost a silicone ear tip of my galaxy buds pro.
Most in-ear headphones use round tips, that are more or less universal. Samsung uses proprietary tips that are oval and have two notches.
I was hoping to purchase some replacement tips from Samsung, but it turns out Samsung doesn't sell replacement ear tips. There are some third-party tips avaliable, all very expensive for a simple piece of silicone, and they all take about a month to arrive.
If there were no third-party replacements making these silly proprietary tips (and there aren't many by the way), my 150€ buds that were the flagship Samsung buds would be rendered unusable, even though they are like new, and perfecly functional.
Does this make any sense? Is the official Samsung position that ear tips aren't replaceable parts and a perfectly functional set of headphones should get thrown out because they are missing them?

That's not the answer costumer support gave me, hence my post on this forum. All costumer support did was redirect me to Bol (it's like e-Bay in the Netherlands) to some third-party tips that weren't even for the galaxy buds pro. They did ask me if I had the buds receipt (which i don't), but that shouldn't matter as I'm not looking to replace them under warranty, I want to purchase spare parts.

Good morning @Members_GmWrQO0,
It's unfortunate to hear that you couldn't arrange it with our customer service. I'll help you further with this!
Could you send me your contactdetails (name, address, e-mail), the modelcode and the serial number of your Galaxy Buds Pro in a private message?

Hello Tessa, I'm having a similar problem. My Buds2 were returned to me after a repair/swap, unfortunately the small sized tips were missing so now the buds are no longer comfortable to wear. Can i contact you to check whether it's possible to get a pair of small ear tips?

Are replacement eartips for the Buds Pro still not available? I want to have a second pair as spare for my new buds pro, but i can not find the anywhere.
I also would like to have an option for foam tips instead of silicon.
Apple's counterpart have tremendous amount of possibilities. I am slowly regretting if my money was well spend buying these buds. I did not realize that even third party alternative tips are so expensive and rare...:( What is more disturbing is that there aren't official offerings in the samsung shop!!

Hi @TheTeek, good morning.
We don't sell the ear- or wingtips for the Galaxy Buds ourselves, however the wing- and eartips are sold by third party retailers.
Kind regards,
Martijn

That is exact my problem, there are no original eartips available.
Samsung needs to rely on third party?!
Shameful that there's no support for these buds by a company of this size. The Tips aren't even an industry standard. What makes finding a usefull third party tip even harder.
Tips: Ik heb zelf een voorkeur voor Foam tips, er zijn verschillende third party Tips beschikbaar, maar duur bij Bol en Amazon. Aliexpress heeft verschillende betaalbare opties, maar je moet dan wel geduld hebben.
