Repair tracking

I got a an Active 2 watch as a  Christmas present for my wife, it failed to charge and I sent it for repair. Since then despite multiple calls and online chats I have not been able to get any info. How do I escalate this?

Yes that's where my problems started as for some reason watch never appeared on the track my repair
