Refund from Samsung care+

hi I bought a watch from Samsung and I also bought a insurance with it.after 1 month I cancelled the insurance and I got the confirmation for cancellation but I didn’t got any refunds.I called so many times care+ but they said I have to contact Samsung directly.I tried to contact them aswell but there is no option for refunds,I tried to email them but I didn’t got response.don’t know what to do.

Hi @Sonia Saggi  presumably you were paying the annual premium,  would still be due the payment for one month.   Would be best to get in touch with support for resolution options.  If using the live chat it is initially an automated service but should be put through to an agent https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/contact/contact3/
