Redirecting phone calls away from Watch3

I currently have an S20 FE phone, Galaxy Watch3, and Unitron Hearing *****.

Up until recently, I have been able to hear my incoming calls ringtone on my hearing ***** via bluetooth. However, recently the ringtone is now directed to my watch, which I often miss due to hearing problems.

I'm aware there is an option to switch off calls to the watch in the bluetooth settings, and I've done this, but it makes no difference to the ringtone destination which still rings on the watch.

I've tried unpairing both devices, then changing the order in which I pair them, but still can't stop the watch from responding to calls with the ringtone.

Any ideas gratefully received.

go to setting on your phone, then connection, then blue tooth, you now see a blue tooth connection with one device, on the right you will see a setting symbol click on it you then see CALL, click on the slider to turn call off, hope that help
