Red circle mark on wrist after wearing samsung watch 4 classic

Hi Samsung,

I have just purchased the Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 1 day ago. I wore it for about 14 hours (including sleep) and I realised there is a red circle mark on my wrist just at where the watch face is located at. It seems to be at where the sensors are located. Hence it may be due to the radiation? Is there anything faulty with the watch?

That's normal, any smartwatch will do that. It's what happens when something is compressing on your arm for a significant length of time. It's from the pressure and the blood flow being slightly altered in that area. It's not bad or harmful It's just like if you lean on your arm for too long and after a while the red marks go away.

I'm not sure what strange conspiracy videos you've been watching but no. Don't even make a joke about radiation of course it can't be that. You know how much radiation you'd need to be exposed to for your skin to be damaged? A lot more than an LED can produce. X-rays and microwaves level. He'll sunlight exposes you to more radiation than phones, smartwatches, TV, WiFi, radio, 5G etc does. Waaaaaay more.

Completely agree with schuupi. Could also be a sweat rash wearing it night dr google is a witch doctor

I am having the same issues but mine left a scar and now I'm getting another red patch. I don't think it's from sweat as I honestly haven't worked out with it on. How do we prevent it from happening as I don't want a bunch of scars from my watch?
