I reinstalled the professional profile and everything is fine now. I just changed one setting: I replaced the password with a numeric code. I think this is the origin of the problem

Yes I've the samsung email app on my phone but not on the watch... I can't found it on the play store... I'll uninstall outlook and restart process with samsung email app.

Where you found the samsung email app on galaxy watch 6 ? It doesn't installed by default... I doesn't found on play store and galaxy store it's not for galaxy watch...
When I receive an email, I've a notification, the top of the email but I've a message "Content masked". I can answer but cannot read the full email.
