Question on buds

I ordered my galaxy buds about 6 months ago and the right bud has been super quiet, I tried getting them replaced with warranty a while back, but after I sent them all my details but the guy who was working on getting them replaced just vanished . I don't know how to fix this but if anyone has any clues as to how that would be great.

@Harlot: Sorry to hear you're having issues with one of your Galaxy Buds. Please can you attempt the following troubleshooting steps:
1. Place the buds back in their case for 10-15 seconds, then immediately put them back in your ears. Do you notice an improvement?
2. Switch Bluetooth off on your phone for around 20 seconds, then switch it back on.
3. Reset the Buds by opening the Wearables app > About Buds > Reset Buds

The sound indicating that it was placed in the ear doesn't even turn on.
