Promotions offer for galaxy watch 5

I purchased a galaxy watch 5 I got a promotional offer of a £50 google play voucher, I have submitted my claim to samsung but when I go to the track my claim page it says my details aren't recognised anyone else had this issue ?

You will normally get an email sent to confirm if the claim is accepted.
Make sure you check the spam folder as well in case

I have got an email saying that they have received my promotional claim offer but when I track my claim it says my details aren't recognised.

Yeah it takes time for that to work. Sometimes I've and it never does.
Think it can take upto 28 days, could be longer. Just can't remember

Can I ask how you submit your claim in the first place. I can't seem to find anything.

I submitted it through the argos website because that's where I bought my watch from. The receipt I got sent to my email there was a link on that I clicked.

Don't use the link in the email.  

Use this link, then enter the claim number manually, and it should work.  It did the same for my Buds claim, and only works if i don't click the link in the email

I have already submitted my claim, its when I go to track my claim its not finding my details.
