I just filled in an online form from Samsung to claim the free smartwatch as long as I bought one of the eligible phones, within the given dates from a participating store with proof of purchase...I fulfilled all the criteria yet I've  received a message saying I am not eligible and they have had to reject my claim? Always dodgy when there's a free claim to make? But large companies are quick to take your money though. Disappointed to say the least when I've always been a Samsung customer.

@RA7919 my brother use to always say samsung are just big numbers and quality is not great and for years I disagreed but it pains me to say he was right 🤣🤣 thats how I see them now scamsung, ill never buy a samsung phone or TV again

when I purchased my Samsung s20 I pre ordered it in store and was given the smartwatch straight away however its not free that was the deal. purchasing both together was basically turning out the same price than purchasing the phone alone. however I was told I could claim airpods for free when I received the phone which was late due to the pandemic which now apparently unable to claim them as it was only available between certain date. ??. nothing is free in this world im afraid.
