promo buds colour change

Has anyone had any success with getting the promotional mystic bronze I.E pink buds live, they got with the note 20 ultra swapped for another colour?

Samsung just keep giving me the "they only came in one colour, it says so in the terms and conditions,we can't change them" line.

I tried taking them to Currys pc World but they would only exchange them if I had a receipt from them.

I got the bronze one too, I think UK free buds are only that colour

the promotion does say they bronze ones, but I feel they should be able and willing to swap them for another colour if a consumer feels passionately about not wanting that colour

I think because they know that the bronze colour are horrible colour so no one will buy them that why we get it for free

I paint my one black with gel colour from my wife polish kits it work well cos my note 20 ultra is black
