HI I cannot register my galaxy watch4 as the system is not accepting the serial number. 

Anyone having same problems?

I used the members app to register mine yesterday. In the get help register. Just used the model number and serial number in about watch in the watch settings.

Mine was not recognised in the trade in forms either

I couldn't register via website but allowed me to add it to the My Devices section on the Members App and register from there.

We have tried many times on watch and via laptop and mobile.  It says product is not supported in this country! UK purchased watch. Any thoughts on why please?  Unable to get through to Samsung.
