Hello,

I have a galaxy watch 6. Since the last update, a few days ago, i'm having problems with the watch. When i start a training (for instance running, or dancing or whatever,) it shows the workout for q minute or something and then it switches to the watch interface. He used to do that but before  i saw a small icon at the bottom which showed me that the workout was still running. I could click on it an the workout opened an i saw how long the training was going on, hoe many calories etc. But now that icon is gone. It seems that there is no workout running on the background. But when i want to start the workout again and go through the whole menu i see that it is already running and then i see the information i need. But it is very frustrating that i have to scroll to all the apps and menus again, while running, to see how many KM i already have had. I'm not a native speaker so i hope you understand what i mean.

Hello, I have exactly the same problem after the last update on my samsung galaxy smartwatch 4. This is a major problem that samsung has to solve. One of the members suggested a temporarily solution:
From your watch >settings>Apps>App List>Samsung Health App>Permissions and make sure Notifications are allowed. I am about to find out if it really works. Good luck!

Hallo @MSJ1,

Thjank you for your message and feedback. Via the Samsung Members-app you can also send in an error report to my colleagues of the R&D department. They can investigate this and when this can be resolved by an update this will be rolled out as soon as possible. When you wish for more information, you can always send me a message again.

1. Reproduce the issue

2. Capture it in photo or video

3. Long press the Samsung Members icon on the Apps screen and tap Error Reports

4. Tap OK in the pop-up window for sending system logs

5. Select Symptom category

6. Describe the issue in detail, attach necessary screenshots/photos/videos, and then tap send.

7. Also, send an error report with the corresponding logs within 10 minutes of reproducing it. When sending an error report, you should check the Send system logs box. This will allow us to receive the logs.

With kind regards,

Ajay
