problem with heart rate sensor (active 2)

Hello I have a problem with my hearth rate sensor on my Samsung active 2. I switched it to measure manualy also i turned off REM sleep tracking and workout detection And still sometimes when i look under the watch the hearth rate Sensor goes on couple times a day a specialy I saw it multiple times when I was walking around the city. Is this behaivour normal or should i return it? Thanks for your advice
