Hello community!
It has been a few days I am facing a problem regarding my Galaxy Fit e transfering the heart rate data to Samsung Healt App (Samsung J7 2016). After extensively looking into the issue, I found out that all the other data, e.g. steps, sleep, are normally transfered, exept for heart rate. The only data for this specific feature is during exersise, whereas it used to keep track of both resting and active time heart rate. I have checked a million times for my settings and tried to restart both phone and watch, yet nothing has changed. Moreover, I have done all the latest updates, but I could not find a solution. Is there any idea on how I could fix this? Thank you in advance for your time!
