Hello everyone. My pro buds are nnected with blue tooth but not with the wearable app. Says can't connect   can you help

happy to help you with this! Can I ask what device do you ahve these connected from and where did you purchase the Buds Pro?

 

Do you have any other devices at home to try to connect the Buds Pro to it and see if they work? This guide from our colleagues in the Us can help:  here: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00086702/

I have note 21 ultra. They are connected to Bluetooth but not app and bought it from Brish Modules
