Poor connectivity between Samsung Gear Sport and Galaxy Buds +

Im having an issues when out running, my watch and me ear buds seem to loose connection and the track become distorted.  Is anyone else having this issue?

Having this issue today between them and my note 10 plus , loose connection when 2 mtrs away from phone , also connect them disconnect straight away , think its a galaxy wearable app bug as it wasn't doing this the other day before app updated
