Paid purchases on wearable app not being verified

I have the Samsung active 2 watch. Running with Hauwei Mate 20 pro. Up until recently I was able to make purchases of apps and watch faces on the wearable app. Now for some reason whenever I try I get the following message 

Failed to complete the purchase. Your payment has been canceled or the verification has failed.

(error: FAIL_GET_DOWNLOAD_URL/5100)

I have reinstalled all related apps and done a reset on the watch and then paired it again with the phone but still not working

Hi @smuncey1508! What software version is your watch running on? You can find this out by heading to: Samsung wearable app > About watch/update watch. Also, what software version is your Hauwei Mate 20 pro running on?
