A day ago I bought the galaxy watch 6 classic and it keeps over heating while charging on it's original charging cable, also it changes into airplane mode and disconnect from my also new S24 Ultra phone. Why is this happening, should I just retur the watch? Or  can it be fixed?

Hi.

1. Try restarting the watch.
2. Make sure all apps are updated both on your phone and watch.
3.Make sure permissions are allowed in apps and there a no sync issues.
4. Ideally the watches do tend to get slightly warm while charging.

If it's a concern have it looked at a Samsung centre.

If all else fails it might be worth considering a reset of your watch @Qn2y

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.

Hmm I haven't noticed my watch 6 overheat whilst charging, using my 3rd party hub charger and it's original charging cable. The issue may be more related to the charging source. Have you tried charging off different outlets? As for the disconnection from your S24, I have the same combo as well but not experienced this problem. Have you set up any Bixby routines by any chance?
