Ouch. Overheating watch

After months of dealing with a watch that drains super fast (always on battery saver no less), having to do a reset, and half the apps grayed out- including to find my phone- today it suddenly overheated and burned my wrist.  Reading through two years of complaints, about this very issue, it appears $$ is more important than fixing the issue with these watches. The watch was gifted to me and now I have a burn mark on the inside of my wrist.  Ive had this watch less than two years.
