I'm not getting Twitter notifications on my galaxy gear, and on the rare occasions that I do it does not vibrate or ring me like all other notifications do. I have been into the setting on the phone and the watch and have turned on the notification setting for it but I get nothing. All other apps are working fine apart from Twitter.
