Assuming that the Buds+ have sufficient charge, if you place them in the charging case, close the lid, then open it within Bluetooth range of your phone, do you get a pop-up window with the option to connect? If not, please confirm the model name of the phone you're attempting to connect to, so I can look into this further for you.
