Not able to pay via Samsung Watch3 in Germany

Hello everybody,

when I try to pay via Samsung pay (on Galaxy Watch 3) the cashier get the Message not approved? According to samsung App all settings are done correctly and the money transfer of one cent between my Bank and Samsung bank  was successfull.

Does anyone has the same Issue?

Mine worked first time try resetting again and use pin code
