Noise Controls not working

Hi,

I have the S21 Ultra and Buds Pro all on the latest software, but when I try to change the noise controls to Active Noise Cancelling or Ambient Sound it keeps telling me to put in both ear Buds. As I'm listening to music via the Buds at the time they are both in. Has anyone else experienced this or know how to resolve it?

I have different kind of problem with it. whenever I put on the active noise cancelling there is strange humming noise coming from the left one, and noise cancelling is not as good in the left one.. the humming problem can be masked by increasing volume but that is not the way resolve my problem.
