I'm sure many would like this on their watch.
For me I'm not wanting to pay for a line on a watch.
I don't think Samsung will comment on future plans and networks normally won't either comment wether they'd be thinking of supplying it or not.
Most networks have a coming soon type page to keep am eye on.

Market demand I assume.
It's long been common for manufacturers to release different models to different countries.
That can include different Ram options and different internal storage options too.
This can lead to people importing devices from other countries.
One example for me was I liked the Samsung Note Fe but it wasn't released for use in the UK and although I could import it some features such as Samsung Pay wouldn't work.
If market demand and the Networks have no interest to supply a device then it could be financially not viable to release a product.
Not many networks here on the UK are introducing tech such as e-sims too.
As I said I've not come across many who would want to pay for an extra line to their contract to add a watch to call out on in stand alone mode.
