Hi, yesterday I bought a new gear fit2 and I'm trying to connect it to my phone(S9+) when the fit2 asks if I want to sync the data with my phone I tap yes and then it asks for my pin, when I enter it the fit2 restarts taking me back to the language selection, enter new pin e.t.c again.
Is this suppose to happen or is the fit2 faulty?
Can you reset the Gear Fit to try again.
If this was me I would visit my most local Samsung Experience Store for guidence but I understand not all countries have brick and mortar Samsung stores.
If you don't then go back to the shop and ask them to help.
If it won't then ask for a new one.

Yeah, well not having much luck, just restarts when I try to connect it with my phone, looks like it's a faulty unit.
Will take it to the Samsung store tomorrow.
