My watch is about a month old and has already stopped monitoring my heart rate. I have installed all the updates but it's still not working. Anyone else having this problem and if so how do I contact Samsung to get it fixed?

Lfc4ever05 - When you say stopped, has it completely stopped as in you cant measure it using the HR widget or stress widget?
Some things to check, is your HR set to always, every 10 minutes or never & do the green lights on bottom of the watch flash, you can clearly see these in the dark especially..
We all have issues with HR not tracking corectly, but your post suggests you are getting no data at all, if its set to on and you have no green lights or data within S Health you need to call Samsung Support.. https://www.samsung.com/uk/info/contactus/
