New earbuds allergic reaction

Hi I need help, I like using my new buds the sound is great but, now I'm struggling to wear them as everytime I do my ears scab up inside and fluid leaks out of my ears over night. It's quite painful now and seems to only happen when I use these earbuds. I never had this problem with the older ones. Is there anything that can be done?

Just discontinue use of them immediately, report it to Samsung. Who will then fob you off and won't do anything. They say that it's not their product but yet I find it quite funny how there's so many people with the same problem. I would just swap and start using headphones. I have a pair of wireless akg headphones and they're spot on.
