On my Galaxy watch 4 Classic I have all the Health features disabled (AFAIK) but Samsung Health and Health Services are still shown as using battery. Any ideas? What might I have missed?

Even if every setting is turned off in Samsung Health settings on your watch, steps and sleep will continue to be monitored.

As an additional measure, in Samsung Health settings on you watch, open Share data with devices and services > Health platform > Data permissions, and deny all permissions. Not sure how much effect it will have on battery though.

Already turned off. TBH, the usage is pretty low, just a bit annoying as I don't use it at all.
