My SamsungHealth and Samsung Gear fit 2 is not syncronising on my NOTE 8

For some reason I can notget my steps and date from my gear fit 2 to transfer over to samsung healt. When igo into SH it show the gear fit 2 asan option but the data is not coming accros. How do i fix this??
