WearablesI have had them working perfectly for around a month. Never dropped them. As I was walking home yesterday, the earbuds made a weird glitchy sound and the right ear bud stopped working. When I got home that night I put them in the case and didn't touch them. Today, they are even worse. I can barely hear anything, and the right bud is not working.
I have tried all of Samsung's advice for fixing it but none of it works. Anyone have advice?
