@Viktorstoch: Do you still have access to the phone that the Buds+ were previously paired with? If so, please try unpairing the Buds, then check to see if they can now be paired with your new device. You may also wish to try opening the Galaxy Wearable app, tapping the 3 lines in the top left, and selecting 'Connect new device' to see if this helps.
When pairing your Buds+, place them in the charging case, close the lid, then open it within range of your phone. This should automatically enter pairing mode, and a pop up will appear at the bottom of the screen. Tap 'Connect' via the pop-up, then follow the on-screen prompts.
