My samsung galaxy buds plus

My samsung galaxy buds plus won't connect there connected to a old phone that i owned and won't connect to the new one they won't even show up on galaxy weawearables so I have bo way to reset them any help??

@Viktorstoch: Do you still have access to the phone that the Buds+ were previously paired with? If so, please try unpairing the Buds, then check to see if they can now be paired with your new device. You may also wish to try opening the Galaxy Wearable app, tapping the 3 lines in the top left, and selecting 'Connect new device' to see if this helps. 

When pairing your Buds+, place them in the charging case, close the lid, then open it within range of your phone. This should automatically enter pairing mode, and a pop up will appear at the bottom of the screen. Tap 'Connect' via the pop-up, then follow the on-screen prompts.

Have you tried registering via Smartthings?

How would I do that

Open Smartthings and click the add button, select Add Device and scan for the Buds after opening the lid. Same as you would on Bluetooth

It won't show them

Hmmmm, do you have any other Bluetooth device, can your phone see them? If not have you tried clearing the Bluetooth cache and data? If not try going to SETTINGS>APPS, look for YOUR APPS, to the right are the small bars, click and select show system apps, go back and look for BLUETOOTH, then STORAGE, and clear the cache and data. This will clear all Bluetooth devices you have set up mind. Restart your device and try and link the buds.

No they show every other Bluetooth device but not those

Have you tried a hard reset of the buds? Place buds in ears press and hold each at same time for around 10 seconds, should hear a reset beep. Place in case, close lid and wait 30 seconds. Open lid and try to pair. At a loss if this doest work, sorry.
