I have tried to give it time and update my watch with the latest but it has almost became complete unresponsive. The screen has had lines in it, had faded color, and now its just black and can't see nothing on it. I got it this year. Still new and this is happening????? I need some answers from Samsung on this fix or a replacement. Because this is ridiculous. I had the Sport before this and when I upgraded I gave the old one to my mom. Not. Week later the back came out with the plastic. And I had that one for I believe 2 years. If this keeps up or I don't receive answers. I will take my business and loyalty to another business. #Extremely Dissatisfied on many levels. If this is not fixed I will never buy another Samsung anything. 😡😡😡😡😡😡
