My new samsung watch 4 dose not have,samsumg pay

How do I activate or install Samsung pay on my new watch 4 I brought it off ebay but I think it's not a uk model

it should be on your watch app it says PAY, or you can long press bottom button to activate it. if you can't see any of those on your watch it mean your watch is from different country that is not support samsung pay
