Hi, I hope someone can help me.
I have a HP laptop 14-cm0xxx which is fully up to date with windows 10 but I cannot connect my galaxy buds +. The bluetooth on my laptop is working fine and up to date however, when i go to connect my buds whilst they are in paring mode my laptop cannot seem to find them. This does not occur with my iPhone but does with mine and my mums laptop. I have followed instructions i could find from youtube, microsoft and samsung but still cannot connect my galaxy buds +.
