My back button isn't working on my rose gold smart watch

My back button is no longer responding, so I backed up my watch, rebooted it, and now it's stuck in set-up mode. It's asking me to press the back key to continue. The watch is absolutely useless if I can't bypass the set-up mode. Please help 🙏
