Missing outlook notifactions - Note 10 + Gear Sport

Ever since I upgrade from my note8 to the note 10 +, outlook notifcations stopped working on my Gear Sport.

All software is updated.

- Phone OS
- Watch Os
- Outlook from Play Store
- Galaxy ware app

I have uninstalled and re installed microsoft outlook from the play store. I have turned Outlook notifications off and back on in the Galaxy Wareable app. The watch was reset when it paired to the new phone. I do get notifications from other apps.
What else can I do?

Same problem here - samsung 10 plus & gear s3

I just did a full erase on th watch and did not restore aback up. Still no outlook notifications on the watch.
