Malicious SMS from phone to my Samsung galaxy 4 smartwatch

I used an app on my phone to stop malicious SMS , but now, I am recieving this ***** on my new SAMSUNG galaxy 4 smartwatch, and I am clueless as to how to stop this it's driving me insane??! HELP
